How do rentals work at Katy Wedding and Party Supply?

We start by booking a consultation with you either over the phone or in person to get an idea of your vision and needs. Once you have selected the products you would like to rent, we will send a contract for a 7-day rental of the items on the date range you need. Your items will be ready for pickup on the first day and must be return by 5pm on the last day. If your return date falls on a weekend or holiday, we will push the return to the following business day free of charge. Items must be returned undamaged in the condition they were rented. You will be responsible for cleaning any items that may have experienced wear prior to returning. Instructions for care are included with all our fabric items. Please return items in the designated boxes/totes they were delivered to you in. We understand accidents sometimes happen. In the event an item is damaged you will be responsible for the retail cost of the item, and it will be yours to keep. In the event you return items late there will be a $50 per day late fee until the items are returned. If you know ahead of time you need a longer window to return, please contact us and we can customize a contract for a specific longer date range.
